RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy is designed to clarify the circumstances under which SatX Technologies will provide a refund, the process for requesting a refund, and our accountability in cases warranting such claims. By availing any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined in our refund policy.

Coverage and Scope: Our refund policy applies to refunds issued by SatX Technologies and/or any website owned and managed by SatX Technologies This policy does not extend to businesses not owned or controlled by SatX Technologies, nor does it cover individuals not employed or managed by SatX Technologies. This includes third-party service and/or product providers bound by contract, as well as any third-party websites containing links to SatX Technologies's website.

Filing a Complaint: At SatX Technologies, we approach every project with the utmost dedication to achieving the desired outcome. We believe that every effort should be made to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution in the event of any dissatisfaction with our services. Refunds should only be considered when all attempts to resolve the issue have been exhausted.

Eligibility for Refund: We adhere to a 30-day money-back policy, meaning refund requests will only be considered if initiated within 30 days of payment. Each service provided by SatX Technologies is subject to its own refund policy, which is clearly outlined below:

  1. Website Design and Development:

    • Full refund: If the project has not commenced or if the initial design concept has not been approved.

    • Partial refund: In the event of failure to deliver as per our delivery policy after approval of the initial design concept. The partial refund will be proportional to the work completed.

    • No refunds: Once the project has been completed and uploaded to the server.

  2. Logo Design / Brochure Design:

    • Full refund: If the project has not commenced or if the initial design concept has not been approved.

    • Partial refund: In the event of failure to deliver as per our delivery policy after approval of the initial design concept. The partial refund will be proportional to the work completed.

    • No refunds: Once the project has been completed and uploaded to the server.

  3. Web Programming:

    • Full refund: If the project has not commenced.

    • Partial refund: In accordance with the amount of work completed up to the point of cancellation.

    • No refunds: Partial refund will be issued at the discretion of the service provider if the project cannot be completed as per the agreed delivery policy and contract.

  4. Dedicated Hiring (Offshore Staffing Solution):

    • Full refund: If the project has not commenced by the assigned resource(s).

    • Partial refund: Proportional to the amount of work completed up to the point of cancellation.

    • No refunds: For services already provided.

Applicability of the Delivery Policy:

  • A project is considered active as long as agreed-upon payments are received.

  • Refund policy does not apply if necessary project information is not provided to us in a timely manner.

Limitation of Liability: SatX Technologies liability is limited to the value of the unfinished portion of the project as outlined in our proposal. SatX Technologies is not liable for losses arising from services provided/not provided or delays in service.

Processing of Refunds: Partial refunds will be processed and issued within 7 business days of cancellation, using the agreed-upon method of payment. Full refunds will also be processed within 7 business days of cancellation, using the agreed-upon method of payment.

Changes: SatX Technologies reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any such amendments.
